Product order method

Select the option and quantity from the product page and put it in the cart.
After the order is completed, an order completion email will be sent to the registered e -mail address. If you do not receive the email after a while, please check the "Junk mail folder" or check the order status from the order history.

* In the case of reserved items, after ordering, a confirmation email is usually sent within 24 hours. In addition, if you can ship, we will send you a contact for payment, so please confirm your order using your favorite payment method.

About payment

■ Credit card payment
Visa/Master/JCB/AMEX can be used for credit card handled.

■ Cash on delivery
Please pay the price to the shipping company when the product arrives. In addition to the product price, the following cash on delivery fees will be borne by the customer, so please pay to the shipping company.

■ Bank transfer (prepayment)

About consumption tax, delivery fee, cash on delivery fee

In addition to the product price, you will be paid for consumption tax, shipping fee or cash on delivery fee.

■ Consumption tax
10%(1 yen less than 1 yen)

■ Delivery fee
10,000 yen or more: Free
* There are also items that require a separate shipping fee, such as large products.

Less than 10,000 yen: Nationwide uniform: 770 yen
(Hokkaido/Kyushu/Okinawa costs 550 yen)
* In the case of remote islands, etc., you will receive a separate shipping fee.

■ Cash on delivery fee (only for cash on delivery transaction)
If the total amount is 0 yen or more and 10,000 yen or less, fee 330 yen
If the total amount is 10,001 yen or more and 30,000 yen or less, the commission is 440 yen
If the total amount is 30,001 yen or more and 100,000 yen or less, commission 660 yen
If the total amount is 100,001 yen or more 300,000 yen or less, fee 1,100 yen
If the total amount is 300,001 yen or more 500,000 yen or less, fee 2,200 yen
If the total amount is 500,001 yen or more 600,000 yen or less, commission 6,600 yen
If the total amount is 600,001 yen or more, the fee of 1,100 yen is added for each increase of 100,000 yen.

Shipping uses Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, and Fukuyama Transport.

However, even if the time is specified, it may not be possible to deliver within the specified time due to circumstances.
* It may be somewhat slow during the year -end and New Year holidays during the Golden Week.
* If there is no stock of the ordered product or if you order, it may not be delivered to the desired date even if you wish to deliver the delivery date. We will contact you if the delivery time is required.

About the handling of personal information

We do not use personal information received from customers except for shipping and contact.

About returned goods

■ Returns when we have a cause
If the product is broken or does not move, we will refund or replace all of our expenses.
Please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives and return the product (by cash on delivery). Please note that if you have passed this period, you will not be able to accept returns.

■ Returns for customer's convenience
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons.

■ About defective products
If there is a defective product, we will replace it with a new or equivalent. Please note that it may not be possible to respond immediately depending on the stock status.
